The
Pagoda Pacers present the 30th running of the
Oley Valley Country Classic 10 mile and 5k through Oley Pennsylvania Farm country ---Managed by one of PAs largest running clubs, this Pagoda Pacer event takes you over the hills and through a mostly flat road course through Oley PA during peak leaf changing season. A great tune up event for that upcoming Full or Half Marathon . This years OVCC Race begins and ends at the Oley Valley High School.
***We are adding a new distance this year in what we are calling the
Croc O Mile ---bring your Crocs and see how fast you can run one mile in Crocs or Croc equivalents (more details below) on a high school track. Proceeds from all events will benefit the
Oley Valley High Athletics Boosters and support the
Pagoda Pacer student scholarship fund.
This year's 10 mile event is also
RRCA Eastern Regional Championship---extra awards for your efforts!. Professional race timing provided by
Pretzel City Sports. Plenty of off street parking and we will have all indoor facilities for registration and post raise commiserating. 2 Aid stations on the course. Lite post-race fare and hydration provided. Bring extra $$$
Munchiez Food Truck (@munchiezpa) will be on site cooking up a variety of breakfast and lunch options. Long sleeve shirt annual with unique design included in race reg. $30 if you register before midnight October 16; after that its $35. Ther will be

Croc O Mile:---$5 to see how fast you are in your Crocs (or Croc equivalent) --run 1 Mile in Crocs or Croc equivalent for the Oley Boosters! See how fast you can slog in your clogs around the Oley High School running track . Croc equivalent is a rubber clog with an open back and no more than one "sport mode" strap....examples of Croc equivalent Chacos, Keen, Oboz, Ooofos, Hoka, Merrell, Muck, Lopsi (just because its the ugliest shoe on the planet)-- a rubber clog---no lace-em ups, high tops, flip flops, sand boots or high heels...just Crocs or equivalent ( open back clog) This is going to be fun---we will have some "extra" Crocs on site to borrow for the run if you want! Its all for charity so lets have fun running in goofy shoes!

COURSE: Rolling hills with some flat and fast parts on a picture perfect course through the country roads of Oley Pa during a fall foliage back drop. Split times provided at most miles. Aid stations on both courses.
