Berks Women in Crisis will take anything that will help women and children. Clothes, toiletries, food/snacks, diapers, toys, cleaning supplies.  Anything!!!  Please give what you can--it DOES NOT have to be a new item--anything helps!!!


Race Shorts

Kris Kringle 5-Miler 
RUNNERS join us for the KRIS KRINGLE 5M race on Saturday December 31st. This is a beautiful course on roads and trails and this year we are running in the opposite direction which will finish the course with a fast screaming downhill. Awesome awards for top finishers and super cool hoodies for first 500 runners to register, after that while they last. Shiver By The River Winter Series
Are you ready for the SHIVER BY THE RIVER winter race series? This season’s races are on the 2nd Sunday of each month December 11-January 8-February 12 and March 12. You choose the distance 5K or 10K. This is a no frills, low cost race designed to keep you running in the winter months. Last year we had a record number of runners and some of the coldest and warmest winter days ever and each race was AWESOME.  Read more...

Dec 16 Friday @6 30 meeting at the home Depot parking lot for caroling at the local old folks home. We are looking for singers and people that can play an instrument.  Social gathering to follow.  People who want to play may have a practice before then please reply to


We'd like to thank Brett Lynch and Leonard E. Burton for their services as President and Vice President of our club these past two years. Lots of work and sacrificing of time goes into keeping our club 'running' strong!

Our Mission

The Pagoda Pacers Athletic Club promotes physical fitness and public wellness. We conduct athletic activities in our community, organize competitions, social gatherings, and educate the public on physical fitness and wellness. We promote participation in the sports of running, cycling, duathlons, & triathlons. We also encourage members to be more than just athletes by conducting a variety of social and civic activities in the Reading, Pennsylvania area.
